Terms of use

Play fair. Know the rules.

These terms apply when you access ONE World, create an account, play a game, subscribe to ONE World Pass, or purchase a Founder Pack. ONE World is operated from Tasmania, Australia.

Effective 30 August 2026

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use ONE World. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve any purchase. You are responsible for using an email address you control and for keeping access to that email secure.

2. The game

ONE World is a skill and entertainment game. It does not offer gambling, betting, cash prizes, or items redeemable for money. Scores and rankings may be moderated, corrected, or removed where cheating, automation, abuse, or technical errors are detected.

3. Memberships and digital items

ONE World Pass is a recurring subscription billed at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. The Founder Pack is a one-time digital purchase. ONE Coins, badges, cosmetics, streak repairs, and other virtual items are licensed for use within ONE World only. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, sold, redeemed, or transferred.

4. Payments and renewal

Stripe and its Managed Payments services process checkout, tax, receipts, billing, and available payment methods. The checkout page shows the total price, billing interval, applicable tax, and renewal terms before you pay. You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal through the billing-management link supplied with your receipt or by contacting support.

5. Fair use

Do not interfere with the service, exploit bugs, submit automated scores, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, harass players, upload unlawful material, or use ONE World in a way that harms other people or the platform. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect players and the service.

6. Availability and changes

We may improve, replace, rebalance, or discontinue features. We will not intentionally remove paid access without providing an appropriate solution where required by law. Temporary interruptions can occur for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual property

ONE World’s game design, branding, artwork, software, and written content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to request help.

9. Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONE World is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from ordinary use of the service. These terms are governed by the laws applying in Tasmania, Australia, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply where you live.

10. Contact

Questions, complaints, cancellation requests, and reports of unauthorised purchases can be submitted through the ONE World Support page.
